  1. Do Stitched Together work well with Zoraida or are they more suited to Pandora ? I'd like to make a list using 3 Stitched Together and Nekima in it as I think Nekima's Terrible beauty works well when having to make WP - WP duels. I got Zoraida already but have never used Pandora before. So which master works well using Stitched Together and Nekima.

  3. That is one great looking model. I think I prefer it to the limited edition one. The other one is nice but way to big to really make using it in a game. It's more a pain and put on the shelf model. This one on the other hand is usable and easyer to transport. Great work. And as for the comment. It has to be either "OMG a black Joker again" or "ARRRRRR. How the hell you not see my tail"

  5. Yes we full range of scenery. There are open spaces but every board has that or it woudn't be fair on ranged models.
  6. I'm not saying other models are not as powerfull but the fact the spell is so powerfull and has such a long range is the problem. Yes you get a WP test to resist but really if the player has any skill he stacked his hand turn 1 and 2. So unless you got a very high WP anything 6 or lower is going to be hard pressed to resist.
  7. This just isn't viable at all. The table is 3ft square, Thats 36in in total. Meaning you have a 5.5in square in the middle of the table you have to be in to prevent the spell being cast 3 times in a turn and throwing you off the board. Sure ok he isn't going to be able to cast it 3 time in a row every turn but he can easerly pool the card turn 1 and 2 to remove a high cost model turn 3. I really hope they do something about this spell on the V2 card. If it became a 2 action spell it would sort the problem out. Being able to obay and Piper's Lure isn't too bad as that's only 8 in range from the edge a player has to worry about.
  8. I have read back a good few pages and havn't seen any other post about this spell. But sorry if I missed one. I think Piper's Lure is so abusive vs set models, that I consider it a broken ability / spell. Any one without a good WP can quite simply be pushed by using either a combination of obey and pipers lure or just piper's law on its own, off the table and be killed. So far I've faced this model twice and in both games I have lost models that are 10 points a time to this stupid spells. I got no problem if this spell was only usable once per turn but it has the potential with a good hand to push any model off the table 12in from the table edge. Now 12in from a table edge is pritty much 80 % of any where on the table. The first game I faced this model I lost 2 models in one turn and 2 in the next due to him winning activation. 4 models in a matter of 2 turns and not one was hit with an attack. Yes ok I hadn't faced him before and didn't know he could do it and of course I had a bad hand and bad pull. But come on how the hell is that a fair and ballanced spell compared to so many other models. I think this game 99% of the time is fair and ballance. I also feel it one of the most fun to play but the few things in this game that are OP, are just a stupid joke. It goes from being a fun and ballanced game to something I just want to pack up and can't be bother with. I don't mind loosing becuase I was out played or because I was unlucky but It cheeses me off if I loose because of something that is OP and unfair.
  9. Good luck with Zoraida. I bought her a few months back and as I've only played for about 3 months she dose take some concentration to work out. Can get a bit confussing. I use the same list apart from I have a Matur Nep instead of killjoy. Never thought of using him. Ill have to read up and give that a thought. I find with the Mature Nep I can carry Zoraida to a good position (normally up high) first turn to give here a good field of view to cast spells. Do remeber to activate the voodoo doll first and use an obay if possible from him then get Zoraida to summon another and you got a fresh doll for another obay. By doing this and with the Dopp if you got LOS you can get 4 obays off a turn. I find Zoraida if like a Swiss army knife. She has something to do for 99% of occasions and don't forget her 4in move at the end of game. I've lost a few game due to forgetting that little ability. Have fun and good luck m8.

  11. No m8. it clearly stats in the conduct text " SHE ignores LOS and spell range. So it is only a bonus that she gets due to conduct. I'm pritty sure I'm right.
  12. Yes I do agree and understand that the list I posted is rather taking the rules and how can we put it politly, abusing them to the max. But then you can do that with a lot of rules in the game. This is only something I'm trying out and belive me it's no auto win list. I've only been playing lilith for about 3 weeks now and shes the first combat caster I've used. So she's a lot different to Ramos and Zoraida that I normally play. To be truthfull I've only played Malifaux for about 4 months now. So it's all quite new to me. I do exspect some rule updates in the near future to maybe slow that turn 1 down or lower the amount of blood counters you can get per turn. Could even be a change to Desperate Mercs because truthfully there be used 99% of the time as walking corpse counter as it stands now. One last point. I have the worse luck in the world with dice hence why I thought I'd try Malifaux, no dice great I thought. Well it appears my bad luck isn't only limited to dice lol. So I never play as if I have to win because with the way I draw cards I would be disapointed so so many times lol. Any ways good luck with lilith and remeber to sharper her sword lol.
  13. I downloaded that m8 this morning but it dosn't show all the symbols for me for some reason. Only other option is to scan the 4 symbols in off a deck. Something I really didn't want to do as it will include part of the background art. Thanks for the reply tho.
  14. I was wondering if any one knows where I can download art work for the 4 Suit Symbol. I need them so I can make some counters (especially masks) for abilitys like Nekima Nephilim Heart etc. I've cheaked Tabletop geeks but can't find art work of them and Ive searched google as well and nothing that I can find. Be greatfull for some help.
  15. Ive been playing around with this set up for the past few weeks and it really borders on the adusive. By turn 2 as long as all goes well (only failed once in 9 games) you should of been able to grow your 3 Terror Tots in to 2 Matures and 1 Young and still have the rest of the list alive apart from the 2 Merc's by turn 2. Warband = Lilith +4 Cherub -2 BB Shaman -6 Nekima -13 3 x Terror Tots -9 2 x D Merc’s -4 Total 34. Leaving Lilith with 5 shards. Turn 1 1) Activate Nekima. a) Cast 0 Nephilim Heart for CA + Mask Cast 0 Blood Offering. Take 4 wounds and receive 1 Blood counter. 2) Activate Lilith a) Kill a Merc Using 1st action Shaman or Nekima gain 1 Blood Counter from Blood Sence c) Use the Mercs ability A Last Noble Deed to heal Nekima d) Use 0 to use Brain Blood and get 1 Blood Counter. e) Use Bloody Fate to draw a Card if you had 2 masks f) Kill a Merc Using 2nd action g) Shaman or Nekima gain 1 Blood Counter from Blood Sence h) Use the Mercs ability A Last Noble Deed to heal Nekima i) Use Bloody Fate to draw a Card if you had 2 masks j) Use last action as required. 3) Activate Cherub a) Use 2 actions as required. Normally I use one action to make a forest to block LOS, slow models down or to just add bonus protection as I don't move on turn 1. 5) Activate BB Shaman a) Cast 0 Blood Offering. Take 4 wounds and receive 1 Blood Counter. Using a Corpses Counter from a dead Merc cast 1 action Inject Blood on (self) Shaman and heal for 2 and gain Blood Counter from the two mask Trigger. c) Using the last Corpses Counter from a dead Merc cast 1 action Inject Blood on (Self) Shaman and heal for 2 and gain Blood Counter from two mask Trigger. Then grow and mature you 3 Terror Tots using the 7 blood counters. The fact you get 4 CB for growing and an extra mast from Nekima. Makes it pritty easy even with an adverage hand. By turn 2 you should have 46 points of models on the board and Lilith with 5 shards to use. Yes you basically loose turn one but I havn't found that a problem at all so far. Try it out and let me know the results.
  16. Yes you can m8 because the Drain blood is an action and Blood Sense is a trigger. I can't active Shaman & Nekima blood sence together because that would be 2 triggers. But because an action and trigger are different it's allowed. If you goto the link above from Wodschow it explains it.
  17. Thanks thats really helpfull. As long as the Terror Tot kills the Merc on his first activation. He will have 1 activation left to hopfully grow. If al lgoes well should have 2 Mature and 1 young by round 2 or worse case just 2 Mature.
  18. Thanks for that referance m8. I will have to live with the 5 and 1 from a TT killing a merc. Saying that Killing a merc with a TT is easyer said than done lol.
  19. Basically after readying a few post about starting off with Terror Tots and getting them to Young or Mature in turn one. I sat down and did some reading and came up with this tatic. I've only played Neverborn a few weeks, So I just wanted to run it past people to make sure I got it right and havn't missunderstood anything. Turn one goes like this : Warband = 35 points Lilith +4 Cherub -2 BB Shaman -6 Nekima -13 3 x Terror Tots -9 2 x D Merc’s -4 Total 34 points. Leaving Lilith with 5 shards. Turn 1 1) Activate Nekima. a) Cast 0 Nephilim Heart for CA + Mask Cast 0 Blood Offering. Take 4 wounds and receive 1 Blood counter. 2) Activate BB Shaman a) Cast 0 Blood Offering. Take 4 wounds and receive 1 Blood Counter. Using Blood Counter cast 1 action Inject Blood on Nekima and heal for 2 and gain Blood Counter from Trigger. c) Using Blood Counter cast 1 action Inject Blood on Nekima and heal for 2 and gain Blood Counter from Trigger. 3) Activate Lilith a) Kill a Merc Using 1st action Shaman & Nekima gain 1 Blood Counter from Blood Sence c) Use the Mercs ability A Last Noble Deed to heal the shaman d) Use 0 to use Brain Blood and get 1 Blood Counter. e) Kill a Merc Using 2nd action f) Shaman & Nekima gain 1 Blood Counter from Blood Sence g) Use the Mercs ability A Last Noble Deed to heal the shaman h) Use last action as required. 4) Activate Cherub a) Use 2 actions as required. By now I have 7 Blood Counters within 6in of your 3 Terror Tot’s. I can no Cast Grow and Mature adding Nekima Nurture Nephilim ability. I should end up with 2 Mature and a Young at the end as long as the cards work out. I've chosen to use only 3 Terror Tots as I only have 3. Feed back would be great to make sure I've got it right.
  20. It's ok I worked it out I wasnt taking into account Nekima ability Blood Sence. New it something so simple I could't see it.

Hi all.Right I'm quite new to this game but no matter how I try and work it out I can NOT get the blood counters required to mature 2 terror tots into Mature Nephilims and 2 terror tots in to Young Nephilims as people have stated on this thread. The list I'm using is Lilith Cherub 2 4 x Terror Tots 12 Neldma 13 2 x Desperate Merc 4 31 points leaving Lilith 8 Soulstones. I get 3 Blood counters from liliths Blood from stone leaving her 2 I get 1 from Neldma for using Blood Offering 2 from killing the Mercs Total 6 It takes 1 blood counter to make a Tot into a Young and 2 to make it into a Mature. Thats the who 6 Blood counts I have to make 2 Mature. Where do I get the other 2 to make 2 Youngs from ???? I must be missing something because no matter how I try this it ends up with the same result. Sorry if I sound thick or I'm missing something so simple. But this is now annoyign me lol.....
