  4. Imperial Outpost Games will be hosting an escalation league starting July 15th, 2012, and running for 5 weeks. At the end of the 5 weeks, there will be a tournament on August 18th which is where winners will be announced. This is an escalation league, and will start at 20 soulstones. You'll be required to challenge at least one opponent every week, and you can't challenge the same opponent twice. You may set up your matches when ever the two of you can meet, but if you play on Monday or Tuesdays there should be a Henchmen at the store for questions. Painting and basing is strongly encouraged for all models used in league games. Crews that are fully painted will receive 1 League Point (If based it will receive an additional +1 point). Before each game determine who is attacking and who is defending and the location. A campaign map and the campaign rules will be on hand in the store. Please consult the Dead Heat Campaign Rules for more information. $5 entry fee The round schedule: Week 1: 20 Soulstone Scrap, July 15th-21st. Week 2: 25 Soulstone Scrap, July 22nd-28th. Week 3: 30 Soulstone Scrap, July 29th-Aug. 4th. Week 4: 35 Soulstone Scrap, Aug. 5th-11th. Week 5: 45 Soulstone Brawl, Aug. 12th-Aug. 17th. * Don't forget, the last week is a brawl. Scoring will be domination format: 3 league points per win. 1 league point per draw. 0 league points per loss. Fully painted and based will get 1 league point after determining the outcome. In the event of a tie, total accumulated score differential during the course of the league will decide the tie-breaker. So don't forget, those two points might matter down the road. Prizes for 1st place, and best painted, possibly a couple more categories based on number of players. Imperial Outpost Games 4920 W. thunderbird Rd #121 Glendale, AZ 85306 (602) 978-0467

  8. Awesome Bien! It will be awesome to have you there. It looks like it's going to a pretty decently sized Tournament this time around so it should be fun for everyone!
  9. Also, I'm not sure how many of my players actually check the forums, but for the ones who do. Could you please bring a list of all the cards you do not have V2 versions of. I am collecting a list of all the cards everyone needs and I'm just going to place a giant order for them for everyone as a gift from me to you. So yeah, that would make it easy.

  14. So tonight went pretty well actually! Had 12 people which is really nice! Really excited for next months Christmas Special!
  15. Special Events are a Negative. I hate them, you hate them, we all hate them together. Plus, most of the time forget about them anyway so it just makes it easier this way .
  16. Hey all, So I just wanted to inform you guys that I have created the new post for November's tournament! http://wyrd-games.net/forum/showthread.php?p=332422#post332422 Yes, It's on a different date then normal solely because Darren has a lot of stuff going on in the month of November and I didn't want our tournament to be anymore of a burden on him than it needs to be. If you have anymore questions about anything PM me or post on the new tournament thread and I will respond to you asap.

Side Point A: Sorry that this is not the normal time the tournaments usually are, but November is a busy month at IO plus Thanksgiving makes everything weird. I plan on getting back into a rotation of having the Tournament on the 3rd Saturday of every month (No more 2nd to last saturday) as soon as possible. I will have more information on that at a later time. Side Point 1: I know there has been interest in a painting contest to go along with these tournaments. I want you guys to know that I hear you and am planning on starting to include Painting Contests with the tournaments I just have to iron out how it's going to run as well as figure out a way to get prizes for them.
  18. This is happening at 1pm I totally forgot to add that lol. And yeah if you wanna bring stuff that would be awesome! I was thinking of bringing like some candy or something as well...
  19. My previous post was not meant to be a factual statement...
  20. Yes... This is actually a Combination Halo/Malifaux Tournament... You play your opponent in a game a Malifaux and simultaneously play a game of Slayer in Halo. I have a personal belief that if something can be done... It can also be done with Halo...
  21. Bah! The spelling of Halloween in the forum title is wrong!!! >.< This will bother me to no end...
  22. I will not be doing Special Events this time around because the Halloween Encounters can be crazy enough without them.
