I truly believe that releasing Jack Daw early was Wyrd's way of trying to make amends for the Hooded Rider not arriving before the second book. I blame the horse's legs for why the Rider is so late, but I really have nothing solid backing that up...

I have several armies that I've been working on, and after FINALLY finishing Leveticus, I figured instead of just the usual insane signature editing, I should take a group shot of the Masters that I have (so far). Two things before they get brought up: I leave the bases blank because having a Victorian base used in a game that takes place in a swamp would be weird (and I'm lazy). I also don't use washes or shading because I'm just not that skilled (and I'm lazy).

I'm just looking at Molly and feeling sad since she doesn't have many Horrors to play with. :tongue1:

So, maybe an odd question, but something that's been buzzing in my head. Book 3 is in production, and from the sounds of it, it'll be out sooner than a year from now and have more special forces stuff. Is the plan release all the Rising Powers models before Book 3 comes out, or will Book 3 come out and then it'll be a mix of Rising Power releases and Book 3 releases? Did I say "Book 3" enough?

I have... ways... of finding out when my store will get new merchandise, and ACD finally has come through! My book and all the other schtuff I ordered should be in somewhere between Tuesday and Thursday, depending on shipping times. As someone who preordered his stuff through his LFGS on July 23rd, I am stoked!

With the confirmation that there won't be Avatar rules in book 3, I'm basically considering it as "Book 2.5: More Awesome Than Book 2 Could Handle."

I bow down to his/her superior magic. If you get a chance, pwetty pwease, could you ask what distributor s/he got them from? I'm trying to see where the new stuff is being shipped from.

I've been checking ACD Distributions and Warpath Games every day, and so far nothing's shown up there. I'm crossing my fingers that they'll show up and be ready for most stores by the 24/25th, but it's not looking all that good.
