  1. Looks like nerd is looking for a ban again. We've got a pretty big crew of people that show up at RIW now so feel free to stop by. Lot of good people there for feedback and learning. Welcome to the game.
  2. Nice! Can't wait to see it on Tuesday if you bring it. You make some great boards.
  3. I would recommend having a moleman in the group. Keeping one teamed up near Marcus makes it a real pain for the other crew to kill him, not to mention molemen can actually hit fairly hard. Just make sure you don't charge Marcus too far ahead so that he is out of range of sluffing off the damage to the moleman. Hoarcats can be fairly effective with the amount of damage that they can do, not to mention the ability to sacrifice height 2 models when running in packs. Their only real downfall is they are not the fastest of models. Remember the snakes are incredibly fast, so you can get them across the board very quickly and tie things up. And don't underestimate the power of Terrify. It can mess up some of the most well laid plans.
  4. Everything you could ever want to know about zombies. Go Wiki. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zombie
  5. I'm pretty sure the minis are laced with a small amount of drugs. I just can't get enough and always want more. The price and quality is just icing on the cake. I'm not sure if I should be thanking or cursing them for this. <shakes fist>
  6. Very nice post Ropetus. I'm just starting to get a feel for all the different things Marcus crew can do. He takes a while to learn, but has a lot of potential once you figure out all his nuances. Your post definitely added a few ideas I will try the next time I get to play.
  7. That Waldgeist is amazing. So treelike and green. I can't believe the amount of detail in it. Nothing to see here, just a hedge, move along.
  8. Just wanted to pop in and say hi. The wife and I were looking for a new skirmish game to play and we came across Mal in our local hobby shop. Needless to say we instantly fell in love with the artwork, background and amazing miniatures. It's wonderful to see such attention to detail in this kind of game. Keep up the great work. And by the way, thanks to the local gang for giving us our first demo and teaching us how to play. Great bunch of guys.
