I'm looking to run a tournament at Our House Games in Monroe, MI on April 27 2013. Details: -$10 entry fee (Going right into prize support) -3 70 min rounds -40 soulstone sized crews -fixed faction -Strategies and Schemes will already be generated -No painting requirements, but its encouraged! -Bring a pool of 80 soulstones worth of Minions/Enforcers to build crews with I'm not limiting Masters (Wave 1 Models only), You'll get a little time to build before each round. Also bring a list for Tournament use. -Be prepared to have fun! We are starting open registration at 12pm going to try to start at 12:30, 1 at the latest. Better Late then never I suppose. This Saturday I will be holding a Tournament for anyone that wants to show up. Do to my scheduling problems I've had a hard time setting this up but would love for people to show up and try to get it so that we can hold these more often! Here are the details Ramos's Coliseum: We will be running 3 70min rounds, using custom made strategies that will be provided at the tournament, with 20min before each round dedicated to team building. The teams will consist of 30 Soul Stones. Entry is $10, with the Top Prize being a Miss Step GenCon Exclusive! I'm officially starting back up Demoing at checkmate. I have been showing every thurs and fri for the past month but now I'll be officially Demoing and Teaching Malifaux to people. I'll be at 6725 W. Central Ave (St. James Plaza) Toledo, Ohio 43617 from 1pm til 9pm on Thursday and Friday of the week Every week, with hopes of starting tournaments in the near future No experience nor gear is required, Just come out and have a good time. They actually stated that the model is being discontinued in favor of the newer model. So your probably gonna have to by the card individually to have it with your older model

I've seen the best Killjoy Delivery system being the Vulture w/Nicodem. They move 10 (so 20) and they can hide better. Plus since he is Undead Nico can take him for his base price. Other then that Guild hounds make a nice alternative if we wanna focus on Guild related usage.

Well we can always use Sue and his Tread the Line Spell to prevent them from taking control of our model for that brief walk. Other then that if you take out the Lelu (which is required for the Lelitu to survive) then it should break down the list rather fast. Other then that models that explode on death is one of the best ways to combat this list. Granted I've seen deadlier lists to beat

One thing that I've learned when coming and playing Sonnia is that she can be very SS hungry in certain games. With a (0) that can give you everything you ever need at the cost of a SS when you wanna start blowing everything up it's totally worth it to use that SS + any extra to guarantee you can cheat damage to where you want it to be. Also if you know you can kill things in Melee, don't be afraid to throw her into fights you know she can win. With her Drain Magic Trigger you can easily destroy a person's Control Hand before they even get a chance to do anything (her and Nino make a very awesome team for doing that). And as the above posters said above. She is very control and passive-aggressive reaction based. She definitely punishes people for making mistakes. My usual Crew is Sonnia +4 SS Student of Conflict Samael Nino 3 Witchling Stalkers

Yea I usually use Sammi against the big mobs. Low Def + his high Damage usually spells the end for anyone left close enough on his activation. I usually use Stalkers as sort of a harrier unit that bugs my opponents into dealing with them and use Sam as a Hunter Model for the big ones

How can the guild Confront the Neverborn? Play the Ortegas. They are the counter crew to the Neverborn. Just like Sonnia is for the Arcanist and Lady J is the counter for the Ressers Edit: I don't mean to sound rude. I really don't. I apologize if this comes off that way

All things considered most of the community here didn't get to go to gencon so a lot of us don't have book 3, and with the wyrd crew being busy with working orders and sleeping I would have to say play it however you see as being fair (RAW or RAI) until other wise stated.

You also gotta take into consideration if they run out of a specific model or not. It depends on what they have in stock and what they had seperate from gencon. That might also hold up the line for some people that are toward the end of the line. It also might get some people temporarily skipped for a small time period. Granted I put mine in the first day at noon my time and I'm 8807 so I'll post when mine ships. I've been nervous cause I move this sat and I didn't know if it was gonna be here on time or not so I just had it shipped to my current address

If von schil is in your crew then yea it can affect him, it doesn't specify guild only. And with Ryle its only when your targetting him with an effect does he not count as friendly. And since it doesn't target he is still friendly.

im gonna say its the first one, but since he is height 3 he gets a to his flip to see if he is the one to be hit.

He would take the damage and then heal since in terms of timing the belle would die after taking damage. The other timing would be bad stuff happen first, then good stuff happen after (ex poison vs regen)

The only problem I see with a malifaux movie is that they would have to focus on certain elements of the fluff and go into adding more into those elements, other then that it would make a terrific movie. As for casting I would have to say I could see Johnny depp as seamus, just cause its his kinda character
