  10. Awesome Job on this doc and Cheers to have day 1 on demand Printing of the new scheme pool and for the 5 strategies Great JOB!
  11. Sure thing! We Had 10 players attend and complete the day. Top Place with Arcanists with a Raspy, Mei Feng, Raspy his result was 3wins +19 differential Second place was Neverborn with Lilith, Lilith, Lilith 3wins +14 diff 3rd Place was ressers with Molly, Seamus, Molly 2wins, Faction breakdown 3 Ressers- Master breakdown 3rd took Molly, Seamus, Molly, One player played Tara all day, the other Mcmourning all day 2 Gremlins- 1 player took Wrath and the band, Wong and then I think wong last round, Other play took Ulix, Mah and Mah 1 outcast- Von schill all day 1 arcanist- Raspy, Mei, Raspy 1 neverborn-3x Lilith 2 ten thunders, Player 1 Took Brewie, Misaki, Shenlong and Player took Shenlong, Miaski, Mccabe All but guild represented at the event. RD1 Strategy-Turf war Deployment Corners Scheme pool- Line in the Sand Breakthrough, Bodyguard, Murder Protege', Plant Evidence Masters used-Molly, raspy, Brewie, Shenlong, Ulix, Wrath, Tara, Mcmourning, Vonschill, Lilith Rd2 Strategy- Intereference Deployment-Standard scheme pool- scheme pool- Line in the Sand, Assassinate, Distract, Make them suffer, Outflank Masters Used-Mei Feng, wong, Lilith, Tara, Von schill, Misaki, Misaki, Seamus,Mah,Mcmourning rd3 Strategy- Reckoning Deployment-Close Scheme pool- Line in the Sand, Protect Territory, Bodyguard, Deliver a message, Spring the Trap Masters used Round- Raspy, Molly, Mcmourning, Lilith, Von Schil, Wong, McCabe, Shenlong, tara, Mah Working off memory here. Couple of Notes the Gremlin Player who brought Ulix and Mahx2 is actively avoiding his 3 favorite masters in the faction to try and learn something new hence Ulix and double Mah to get competitive board time with them. Their was a fair amount of mirror match rd 1 as pairing focused on geographical diversity rather than faction diversity. That's how the band got used by the other gremlin player Rd1 was gremlins v gremlins and manipulative/stacking auras hurts bowling ball Ulix pretty bad. I'll try and post up from my phone some event pics.

  15. To echo the uniqueness of the episode in the malifaux podcast sphere is what contributed to the small pool of respondents in the first go round as we were testing it out. Something we will remedy in future episodes. Additionally there is no definitive list as every respondents personal experience, ideas and views will jade their portion of the survey and of course Malifaux being a game of strategies and schemes will also influence the "power" of a model in a particular matchup. But thats the fun of lists and general nerd debate. I am gald the episode is getting the respond that it is. But by no means does something being on the list means its the end all be all and something not being on the list means it crap. It simply means on that day when people did their survey this is how those particular models averaged out that day. And relistening to the episode I'm seeing some arguments that people missed that would of changed my mind as to how I voted on it.

  19. some of the best ways you as a TO can help combat slow play. Is by actively observing the games and being timely in letting players know how much time is left well before the final 15 minutes. One bit that I was suggested to add to my score sheet was a place to note what turn the game reached. It simply puts emphasis on it without doing anything other than having people record what turn they got 2. By placing a target people often hit it because they have something they are aiming for. Those 2 things tend to be the best remedies for slow play. Also will trumpet the benefits of the henchman hardcore format to helping players get faster.
