I have very similar models, you could actually pick up the Snow Storm too just to surprise your opponents with But yuo can mix and match a lot of stuff. Shikome is good and I just ordered Night Terrors as well.

Listen to this man. I played at first release, loads of fun. Errata, Faq, etc ,etc. After all the updates, book 2 and just released 3, I can say, a lot still needs revisiting. Certain masters using specific schemes and getting a better Strat (reflip -no big difference) will start the game in a far better position than their opponent.

I must say. This is awesome. So many ways to get Achievement points. Maybe not perfect but one of the best designs I have seen ever.

But making your stuff insignificant won't help in killing him even once Its just very frustrating using your resources to kill him while avoiding the insignificant ability, to have him come back on the board. Wounds may not be the proper way I guess but with new releases and books, Strategies should be modified accordingly.

In reference to "A player scores +1 VP if his or her opponent has no leaders in the game at the end of the Encounter." You kill Hamelin and he comes back. You don't get the VP since he is in play at the end of the game.

Lol unless its a league and you are STUCK with it I worded that wrong. If you cause 4 wounds on my model that has 6 total wounds and he is alive at the end of the game, you would still add the 4 wounds. Simply ALL wounds caused.

There is nothing since you don't ever have to dump your entire hand. You could theoretically Camp on it.

1. Use wounds of the models as opposed to SS cost. At the end of the game, tally up all the wounds of models killed AS WELL as wounds currently on remaining models. Score 2VP if your count is more Score 2 vp if your count is 1.5 times Score 1VP if you killed your opponents Master anytime during the game. This is not a Hamelin bash thread but since him and others can take 1vp away from you right at the get go, this is an attempt to make this Strategy equally made by all. Thoughts? <constructive pls>

Sorry if this was already addressed somewhere in the forums but an interesting situation came up last night in a game and I wanted to see if we resolved it correctly. Hamelin versus Rasputina Since Ice gamin can't target Hamelin as height 1 models, the situation was another gamin was within 2 inches of hamelin with only a few wounds left. A second gamin was going to fire at his brethren in hopes to finish it off and make it blow up, thus putting wounds on Hamelin. The question is, do you still flip 2 cards, 1 for Hamelin, and 1 for the gamin, to see which WOULD be hit? If the flip ended up being Hamelin, the shot would just miss since he can't be targetted? My only concern is the trees on the outer edge. With most objectives being around the middle, forests may not play much of a factor. But I can see how it has a nice FIT for the 3 x 3

I am not a tournament player by any means but Raspy at tier 4. Wow. I think she is a very good master. She just needs a few more tools.

So the rule says "Any model changing position other than the walk action, drops the treasure." A model can still move 4" then let's say take a shooting or spell action? My question is "Can a model do more than just move as long as it stays within its AP's for that turn?"

I played my first game with Raspy and used the snowstorm. Even at 11 points I felt he was a very good model to take. The movement shenanigans it brings are fantastic. Can the thing get taken down fast , of course. As in any games, we only know what is currently on the market. So where some feel it is overcosted, there could be things in the near future that make the 11 points where the model should be. Between Raspy and ST, I kept my ST alive for the entire game by casting spells and making sure my BURSTS went off. I LOVE THE MODEL.

Ok if anyone has the set, what are the two round objects with lots of little butterfly things around it. I thought it was a table but can't see how to put it together.

Warmachine/Hordes MERCS Malifaux Dystopian Wars Mansions of Madness - FFG boardgame seems very appealing.

What would be really nice is if there could release a filler type pack. So you could get that 2 x 2.75 foot board to 3 x 3 with relative ease. I have the streets system and will be putting mine together tonight. Hope all goes well.

So if each set is 2' x 2'.75" How can you make a 3x3 board? or playing area?
