I work up at Mothership so even if there isnt an official demo going on you can always come in for one. Sundays are usually best for me because our normal events dont start until about 6 so any time between noon and 6 I can go through a quick demo. there is one more official one this sunday june 22nd, from noon to 4. and then Im taking the next sunday off from demos.

Write them on a big piece of paper and put it on top of your fate deck? In my experience if you can just force yourself to remember a few times, it will eventually just click every time the situation arises. I use to forget all kinds of stuff like the spirit rule, paired weapons, things like that. I just made extra special effort to remember to use abilities for a few games and then it just becomes routine. Good luck!

No, the rule for instinctual says that they have to be two different 0 actions. It's on page 116 of the the small rules manual.
