  1. These are so fantastic! It really sets the mood to play or paint and model. I recently took them to a campfire to play while we sat back and knocked back a few and two of my buddies want to pick up a crew after listening to it thank you this is a fantastic production
  2. Really liked great article! It helps me plan out purchases to maximize my "interbreeding" of models
  3. Hey wyrdos, I am just returning to playing and have found a local henchman. I have traded for a Rasputina crew and have bought the new starter set, and the Seamus crew for the GF. I however cannot find the cards for my first ED. team of arcacnists. I have Ramos, Colette, Marcus, Hoffman(guild?). I know they are called arsenal packs but have only found the gremlins wave 1 for all my gremlins. I would at the very least like a wave 1 arsenal pack for arcanist, guild, and outcast but everywhere I have looked is sold out? If you could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it
  4. Recently started playing and would like to be able to print off the QRF on the resource page. Problem is I cannot print it, was hoping someone had it in a PDF format so I could print off a few of them for a gaming group I am forming
  5. awesome i was worried it would be one sided but if they both tear each other apart i'll go for it and get Lady J. Thanks!
  6. So i have been playing miniatures for 15-20 years maybe longer cant remember when i started buying, painting the RAL Partha D&D mini's. I bought 1e somer cause i wanted to paint him and his crew. My now girlfriend loved the 2e Red Chapel gang so i am painting it and modeling. I have bought the rule book and a few of the 1e stuff for the fluff. Now my question before i buy another master, what is a good fluffy counter to Seamus? I thought Lady J but she just seems to have the toolkit to really put the hurt on rezzers, I don't want to waffle stomp my Better half cause she would probably not want to play again and I don't want that. Please help with your opinions
  7. cant wait have my terrain built five new masters and the first two rule books loved the fluff and can't wait to finish off all the stories
  8. thanks again guys will pick up the 1.5 at the shop today, and hopefully have a few pieces of terrain actually done instead of unpainted. Thank you again
  9. Yeah for buildings,I, plan on using the terra clip building set they are singularly awesome IMO. And after I learn the rules we can add playing inside them as well, now some of you have mentioned the 1.5 book is this a more current version than the mini rule book for fifteen dollars. I don't want to learn the rules from the mini book if they are dated less confusion the better
  10. thanks, I, was going to do smaller grouping of trees to put on the larger but never thought of putting them on 50mm bases thanks Omen
  11. yes i read that, I was Planning on getting some filler stuff from pegasus hobbies like barrels, crates, and a covered wagon, the stuff I don't have to make
  12. I have been collecting and modeling the Malifaux models for a while now and finally decided to start playing going to buy two crews that work well with starters( TY pull my finger). Now that I am building a table for my games, what size terrain I was going to go with two part pieces so I can have area terrain and solo pieces. I was think 3-6" odd shape circles, 3-4" kidney bean, 2-12" hills, 3-6" swamps, 6-1"x6" fences, and use the terraclips I have for buildings. Is this a good Base for my terrain starting collection? or would you drop something in lieu of something else? Thanks The J
  13. What most of us here in Wisconsin @ my FLGS do is make our own. You need a Tupperware bin of some sort (we use clear so we can see which game we are grabbing and be sure you can stack them) then you need a sheet of steel thin stuff works fine and a tube of silicon caulk to adhere it to the bottom after priming the metal. Then all you need are the rare earth mag's to glue onto the bottom of your models and they stick inside your bin all in all costs about $20-30 depending how big or how elaboate you want to go. I have been thinking about building one as a double decker with supports on the bottom layer for large models and the top would be for all of my 30mm Malifaux models. When I get around to building it I'll post some pictures and links to the materials I used
  14. Will have to go and pick it up. It was quite funny after the second Guinness I started putting the drill bit right through my fingers. I'll get some pics up soon
