Generally we just have a quick discussion about it, if no agreement can be made, we flip on it. Easy peasy...done. Wombats and I and the other regulars generally have a great time playing, we take it lightly, make a lot of smack talk and don't get bogged down in the rules. Isn't the point to have fun?

Pedantry is irritating isn't it? I think the rules + errata are fine for now, I'm sure when they run out of the first print, a lot of the errors will be rectified. It's a fantastic game, I don't think a few errors in wording will be enough to mask the great mechanics and general feel of the game.

I love Devlan Mud and some of the other washes, but I think the other GW paints are crap. I use a mixture of Vallejo and P3 which I highly recommend. I will be testing out Reaper very soon as I've heard they are excellent. If you are after some reasonably good cheap brushes, try out em-4 in the UK, I'm quite fond of their synthetics and they don't roll off the table.

Very nice, I did one a little while ago for a painting comp, but I aged mine and left the steam thingy off, I really like what you did with the steam. Here is mine in case you are interested in having a look. Armorcast make some great gear.

Its short for medium density fibreboard, its a compressed wood fibre product. Its very sturdy, can be sanded, drilled, painted and generally treated like wood.

For anyone who wants anime BRIGHT red, I start with a white basecoat, a coat of GW mechrite red, the vallejo/GW bright red colour, then vallejo red ink and use GW baal red mixed with a bit of devlan for shading.
