I didn't know there was a zombie chihuahua in the game, and so had the same thinking you did - it doesn't look anything like what I thought a jackelope would look like... then again, it's an imaginary critter, and I was under the impression that this wave of totems was the last, so thought that may have been it. I usually paint with the fig on the base, but not always. Really just depends on the fig's 'shape' - if it's a fig that seems like it will be easier to paint separately, I do. But most of the time, my figs are on the bases first. -Mort

Only two out of the lot that I am not impressed with - Is the top middle fig supposed to be the Jackelope? If so, I am not impressed at all. I'll likely use my own version for casual play with my buds who don't mind proxies, maybe pick up the 'official' one for tournament play - or simply do without. The 'bug' doesn't look much like a mosquito, either, as someone else mentioned. Perfectly logical that the Malifaux "version" would look different, but it just doesn't 'do' anything for me. The rest of the figs, tho, look pretty darned cool. The Bete Noir (Woah, Black Betty, Bam-a-lam!) looks very good, as do the Hanged along with the rest! Overall, a pretty nice wave, I'd say! -Mort

LOL! On page 3, of Red's pics - that poor Gamin who has 4 zombies on his tail... I thought I was in trouble, but believe it or not, on my next turn that Gamin was able to escape from combat (winning 4 break-away duels in a row!), flee inside the house, and board up the door!! Woohoo for the little fellas! Nice pics! The best part is, with the trophy-pics, you included the most important part of all - the Twinkie. EDIT: Weird Sketch - you handed out a few colored copies of some 'reference charts' during the tournament for folks to use... can you tell me what was on the front and back of those charts? I have the reference chart that MEdwards made up and posted here on the forum, what did you put on the back of yours? -Mort
