Apologies for being so bitter. Just in a mood today, I suppose.

We'll see what happens when/if someone runs a tournament outside Chicago. Maybe I'm just bitter from several years of Confrontation tournaments where no Chicago-area players would appear.

I won't be coming up for the tournament. Aside from personal reasons, another reason that has been on my mind is the lack of Chicago-area players at other tournaments over the years (Alkemy, Confrontation, etc.) in places like Indianapolis, St. Louis, Dayton and Cincinnati. In either case, please remove my name from the list so someone else can play. Thanks

That is what I was running into. The validation of what is available under a master with weird rules or a minion who could allow other models to be recruited (or had restrictions in a scrap vs. a brawl) was making it such that I couldn't figure out a database design that would answer all the weird (Wyrd?) crew-building rules. Good job, Jeff!!

Honestly, Jeff, this looks better than what I was planning on doing. I haven't had much time to work on the builder I was going to make, so if someone else wants to do this, please feel free.

I didn't think a push would break the link. I guess I'll have to pay closer attention next game. I usually have a Sorrow linked to Candy, one linked to Pandora, and one linked to Kade. Candy, Pandora and the Sorrows can pull off 8 instances of Self Loathing with the right cards. I usually try to use Kade's Sorrow to soak damage from a Charge or maybe cast Doldrums.

Awesome!! This wouldn't happen to be related to the Breast Cancer Awareness thing, would it?

My wife tried to order the Avatars of War rulebook for me through them. It showed 'In Stock'. When it started getting closer to my birthday, she e-mailed them and found that they didn't really have it in stock, but order the book as orders come in or something. We canceled the order. I never did end up getting that book.

Any new word on this? Thanks!
