As you may or may not know WAMP runs painting competitions on a continuing basis. There are the monthly themed contests, the ladder contests and sponsered competitions with some really great guest judges and cool prizes. One thing that the mini world tends to over-look in the competition world is a basing competition. In order to fill that niche WAMP would like to announce the first of it's quarterly basing competitions. These will happen each season with themes that fit that season. The first one ends June 21, 2009 and the theme is "It's Hot Outside". We already have a sponser for these comps so there will be some cool prizes to win! You have to be a member of WAMP to enter but that's free so in essence anyone can enter. What we're looking for here are incredible bases. Eric, Everything on Cmon is either under rated or over rated. lol I like it and saw it in WIP stage thanks to some quick links early on. I love the metals a lot. The skin is a bit grainy in a couple of places but not really enough to detract from the paint job and blending. Good job!

When you get back I'd love to see how that Peter Pan mini came out. You did that sooo fast! Thanks for these pics and again, welcome!

Hi Jeremie! This is Liz from last weekend in San Diego. I'm the one who never went to lunch because of the stupid diet. I had an amazing time and I can't thank you enough for coming out and helping us. Glad you made it over here!
