  1. Yes and to directly quote one of their booth workers at GenCon "see, with just a quick shot of primer you can paint over the prepainted pieces without any problems at all... They're not the gloopy paintjobs you see on other prepainted figures." Ok, like I WANT to paint over prepainted plastics... (heavy on the sarcasm here folks)
  2. This piece would be enough to have me break out the oil paints and give it my best "Frazetta" style with em. Very nice piece.
  3. @orkydave: send me an email at jesterspeed@comcast.net and I'll forward it on to Erin and have her respond.
  4. I would LOVE to have a total Death Korps army, however if you do your math and get an army list of 1850 pts together for an Imperial Guard army and start adding up the models.... THEN go to FW and start pricing up the units... Let's just say you'll have the most EXPENSIVE - not to mention BRITTLE - GW 40K army ever fielded on a tabletop anywhere. But yes, the commander and squad will be ordered by me once they come available. LOL!
  5. Well, I've got two HUGE projects in the offing, but with three kids at home during Spring Break here, I can't get much progress done with those. So I whipped out a little anime-check goodness with this fig: I painted as I wished... but she's a damn lotta fun. Not to mention that great guitar/lute there... Thanks for looking! Jester
  6. Welcome to the Wyrd-ness.
  7. Well, since I have every other single color of every single paint line available... Might as well pick these up too... *sigh*
  8. Yah, who am I going to have to pay to pick me up one of each???
  9. Dang, they're really turning out some new stuff of late. Good for them!
  10. Well, I've been on a player-character kick of late. I've painted up some for a client, then I went and did quick paint jobs on some pieces for my D&D group. What about me??? Ah, I went and found a mini to paint up for my character. I had to sculpt on a greatsword, and left the hawk for a cool point, but this mini just rocked! Almost a shame he's going to get manhandled and banged around on the playing mat. I'm pretty happy for a five hour paint job... I really wanted to get it done so that I could play with him tomorrow during gaming. So now the entire group has a mini painted by me. At least if they have to suffer by playing with me, I can paint them a mini or two... Thanks for checking it out. Jester
  11. Welcome Lord Coldsteel! Nice job on your first Wyrd Miniature.
  12. Heh, if you think I'm bad now... in person I'm MUCH worse.
  13. Inquiring minds want to know, George! LOL!
