@hubbabubba Valloa has a few I-kore original Void blisters in her eBay store at Valloa's Vale or you can see them at ebay.com under current auctions with seller "anatora".
  2. Generally I like arachoids in Sci-Fi (which these remind me of) and these are really cool. Nice paint jobs too.
  3. Beautiful work, Mark. I love historicals and this one is lovely. :thumb:
  4. Great painting, Mark. Good to see your work again.
  5. Been and voted. I really like what you did with Bishop.
  6. Maya gave me a box of minis, and, because I always misplace at least one present, I found another big box of minis, including some 54mm. Not sure how long they have been lost , but some are out of production and some of the manufactures seem to be out of business as well. And I found some jewelry I bought for presents last Christmas. It was a banner year for long-lost items. This year I misplaced the scratch-off and the lottery tickets, but found them late Christmas Eve just in time to stuff into the stockings. :dancing2:
  7. It can take 5 or more years of playing an online game to build a character up to a high status with lots of unique items or gold pieces in the bank. Sometimes a player can't wait real years to acquire an item for their character and sometimes an item up for sale is extremely rare and no longer available. Some players are very serious about their online characters and enhance them when they can. It really amounts to the equivelant of buying a " virtual" upgrade or new software from the internet that you have to download. You don't have the item in hand, but you benefit from it just the same. We aren't talking about just kids here. Many of these players are professional people with a lot of money to spend. Why is beyond me, but if that is how they spend their free time, far be it from me to argue. There are worse things to spend their money on. :loco:
  8. Valloa made a nice chunk of spending money selling virtual items in an online game. I think the most paid by one person was $1,800 for one sale.
  9. Valloa and I are very sorry about Spyglass's situation, but we will continue our support by carrying the line for as long as Steve continues to sell it to us. His work is lovely and we look forward to seeing his sculpts through his work for other companies and maybe an occasional Spyglass mini.
  10. Happy Birthday, Nathan. Valloa and I almost missed it!!! :cheer2:
  11. When I read the email, it was a sad moment. However, it really seems that he is at an indecisive moment. It is true that the approaching holiday season does have an effect on people whose lives have issues. Seems to make it worse. Hopefully, he will be more optimistic after the new year starts and we can look forward to another contest. Anyway, my good wishes are with Jason.
  12. Actually Atlanta has those already, so, Nathan, just another thing for you to watch out for. A friend of mine got a ticket and a photo in the mail of her speeding through a red light (actually caught between caution and red). She paid the fine. It was hard to argue that that wasn't her face behind the wheel.
  13. At those calculations, SV, I might :2: :driver: be in for $0.78. Not bad
  14. THAT day? Have you talked to Nathan lately??? It's worse than ever :dancing2: :imsorry: Sorry, Nathan. She made it so easy :hahaha:
  15. Very nice. I have just the mini to use this on right after I get everything else done. Let's see, that might be right about New Years :coffee:
  16. Gee, that goblin should have been released in October. Would have been a good one for Halloween. Oh, well, maybe next year.
  17. We are looking forward to seeing them in their cast state and receiving ours. Nice work.
  18. Also voted. Looking good.
  19. This is from Valloa and me. :dancing2: You got the things in today :cheer2: :dancing: :thrasher: :hail: :tea:
  20. How right you are Nathan. She said "Do you want me to call," and I snatched the phone. No way was I letting her talk to them...I might want to order myself something some day, and she can be memoriable at times. Add New Wave to the top of your list to "Never Order From Again". It is beyond me how they can be Sooo BAD and CMON shop be so good. Boggles my mind.
  21. My apologies to all. I must withdraw from this group effort and hope time permits me to do this on the next go-round. I have received several new cases in my work that has had me working 24-7 and I haven't even found time to do more than prime a mini for Klute's class. Just skip me when it gets to be my turn. :disappoin On the bright side, tired though I am, I am accomplishing many good things :music: Nathan, so sorry. I have been too busy to keep up with all that has been going on here. Ann
  22. Thank you, Mosch. This technique sounds good. I will try that tomorrow on a fur-caped dwarf. I can never seem to get my wash color to be the right consistency to run; either it is too runny or not runny enough. :flybye:
  23. I agree with Sakura (except about Mosch...he can be in any order:)). I would not like to start since a direction I would go might lead to a dead end, not really crazy about doing an ending. The ending of a story is the one that always make people emotional whether is is good, bad or flat. Somewhere in the middle suits me fine. The idea of a pre-generated plot also sounds good. I am a right-brained person, so a little structure helps a lot.
  24. Welcome, welcome. Glad you found your way over. :tea:
