  1. @Caedrus I did paint only the vatagi huntsmen and the crypsis corps. Malisaurus rex is deayed (again) to june. So... 18ss for the three vatagi huntsmen 14ss for two crypsis corps Thas a total of 32ss on May. I really hope to paint more in June. I'm painting less a less soulstones each month...

  2. And... May started well, but ended in a hurry. I finished the Tanuki with a decent base, but the Thunder Archer is still in wip, I will post it when it is finished.

  3. I managed to finish something this month. A Tengu for my Oni crew. Only a few stones, but enough for my minion/peon ptongue. It's kind of a bluebird tengu. Need to find other birds to attempt for the other tengu.

  5. So I've used Serena a bunch since the nerf and I've found 2 things to be true 1. She still regularly heals the same model twice in an activation 2. Pulled Here and There is an amazing trigger that has allowed the scoring of points I wouldn't have otherwise scored

  6. Thanks, I try to make some personal small things to models. With these the things were little bit bigger. These next things have been painted some time ago. Of I don't remember wrong it have been 10 years. Last december I did some unsual and bought latest version of the Colette or I bought all the keyword models.... So now here is compare between ages. Last the whole new updated crew: In the end models have not changed that mutch, but maybe the painting have moved forward a little bit. Or what do you guys think.

  7. All right, I am submitting a change as 1.3.5 that will ignore any game parsing errors that are causing the screen. It's not a fix per se, but it is logging some extra data for me so that I will be able to find out what's going on, and it will let you all have access to any of your games that are not causing the error. So you may not be able to see some previous games for a bit while I investigate, but the app will be working at least until I fix it.

You see, for we folks in the Southern Hemisphere, it's the start of Winter! For the Northerners, it's the start of Summer. You couldn't manage a greater contrast. So, for June, welcome to: The Contrast Challenge! There are so many ways to create contrast in miniature painting. Brightness is the obvious one. But what about saturation? Temperature? Value?   13. those high damage maneuvers put high presure on your hand. making your turn less flexible. i do enjoy more the order initiated min 2+ 2(trigger) +1 stampede. landing two of those in a single activation. a normal setup is having 2 initiated with2 upgrades each. activate marcus to ugrade one of them. move forward and charge with the one with 3 upgrades. then acomplice with the other. it charges. ends at 2” of the first one. discard both upgrades to do 2atacks with chimera strike then get a new upgrade for free(a defensive one).

  15. It was something I did in GG1. It was really strong when you could use Mark Territory to give Cojo 4 Focus Turn 1. Obviously it is still good and it is a great reason to take Cojo against Ressers. He can rather reliably one-round something like Archie. This type of approach however tends to leave you a bit AP hungry; it is a powerful combo but it's kind of like a haymaker that can leave you overextended if you whiff

  16. Sadly, no. My local meta largely rests while we still have lockdown and I didn't get the chance for private games/ Vassal games since the errata until now. Likely will take a while until I can update here.

  17. If I was hiring them I would mainly use them as a walking terrain for Jedza and Grave Goo. They are surprisingly survivable due to easy access to Shielded and the fact that opponent would not willing spend recourses on them. And forgot the Hard Slam. Dirt Nap is a better attack in lots of the case. You can attack a full health enemy or enemy within 6" of Jedza to reverse the healing to damage. Or just heal an enemy to trigger all your Chronicles. Just be aware enemy using them to against you. During my last game playing Kin against Seeker, Ophelia was managed to pull off some serious attacks with her Clean Up Duty upgrade, putting Injured +2~3 on every models in Seeker's crew in the first activation.

  18. Players, base on their local meta and playstyle, may have very different opinions and ratings on the same model. To me, Lamplighter is an auto include because of the well matched between Lamp Marker and the bubble nature of Seeker keyword. Plus that Unnatural Glow is a easy button to adjust a model position and trigger all Chronicles effect in one single action. They are also highly considerable in certain keywords outside, like Apex and DUA. Moorwraiths on the other hand, have the lowest value within the keyword. They are not bad for 4ss and have some great synergy with Grave Goo. Seeker however is very tight on SS thanks for their decent mid-high cost Enforcers. I think they might shine if GG3 is more friendly to low cost minions.

For the month of June, I will be attempting to finish my long-standing project (Hannah), my NMM experiment (Lazarus Alt), and to finish my Sonnia Crew (looking at you, Thralls!).   22. Wasn't crazy about the wallpapers made by Wyrd, so I made my own. I couldn't find transparent PNGs of Nekima, Euripides, Colette, Kaeris, Marcus, Lady Justice, or Reva, so they didn't get wallpapers. Every asset was made by Wyrd and found on the main site.

  29. First page. The question is, are the resources worth it?28SS, likely one or more cards from hand (5 for Sonnia, 7's for Changelings), and a relatively immobile bubble. The trade-off being the ability to disrupt your opponents deck for a good chunk of, if not most of your opponents turn. It's definitely going to be a negative play experience for them, but will it be enough to stop them winning? And there are some workarounds if you want. If you suspect they've stacked your topdeck with garbage, have a gumby of your own hit a Friendly. One card on the attack flip, three cards on the damage, you've cleared 4 cards. 1AP and minimum damage, from a garbage model, seems a not unreasonable trade. Also, Some crews make it harder. Oh, you've put four garbage cards on top of my deck as McMourning? Cool. Flask of Formaldehyde. Or Wong setting off a Hard Knock Life bomb. Several crews are fine with garbage cards. The way I see it, the best use is in a card denial/execute type crew. Use it, make it force them to use several cards from hand to try and avoid the Flamebursts, and that's a third of their hand spent.

  30. I think that's unnecessary. They're core parts of the Wong crew. Pulling Deja Vu would do a lot to balance them.
