This initial sketch is just to do what Cthulhu does, evoke the feeling of “badassery”. Continuing work from the original Cthulhu Idol we thought it was important to show the Great Cthulhu as a being wise beyond our comprehension.

Thus you will clearly see the evolution from simply working on Cthulhu’s form to the invocations in their final state."
