The lightning looks great but almost gets lost in the cloak. Maybe having a slightly darker white would help make it stand out a bit more.

Very good attempt, but the osl reflection looks too broken apart. Softer transitions and more contrast would make the effect look even better. It's hard combining both yellow and white tbh.

Trying directional spraying (airbrush or a spray can) to simulate positioning of reflections could help you map out highlights and shadows.

Really digging the look of that cloak
