Really good compositional control of the viewer's eye. You start up at the top with her, and then the spirits being very slightly darker. It took me several seconds to notice the skulls at the base, but that may be my favorite part. Very well executed.

Really nice and clean. Excellent choice of colors although that violet could have been a bit warmer. The only thing I would remark on is highlight positioning.

She looks like most of her is lit from the left whereas her face seems lit from the right.

A really nice green on all the cloth 

Is it Beyonce reference? Probably enough Internet for today.

This nailed what I was trying to do with my entry, with the magical effect coming out of the skulls. Lesson learned!
