Ok, but too many colors for same team. They are not feeling like a crew. Next time try to choose 1 primary color and 1-2 additional and use them and their tones.

Interesting way of making their bases fit together!  They almost look like a collection of action figures.

Well, it's really colorful. But I like the parrot! Assembling my alt Molly I thought about making the marshal as some dead British navy officer.

Love how the bases fit together. As a diorama it's too busy and lacks movement/story. I like the bright colors, but I would indeed tie them together more and add more contrast, especially shades. Now they look a bit flat. 

Very clever to fit the bases together to look diorama'ish, and still playable.

I love it, love the gaudiness of the whole crew. Not everything should be bland. They might not have a common theme but all look great. And the deck basing is awesome. It's just that it's not a diorama but a crew display. Either way, great work!

Perhaps the crew as a whole looks very bright and colorful, but these are pirates! People who constantly risk their lives and love easy money often prefer bright colorful clothes to color their short cruel life There is not enough work on the composition for the diorama, but as an exhibition of the whole gang, they are simply magnificent! The way their stands are connected into a single deck of the ship is excellent!
