Gaming table

prof_bycid

The table top that I made for war-gaming. The lower shelf really helps with keeping things at hand and organized. This one is just a prototype in unfinished pine. The surface is rigid pink insulation with green felt streched over it. Mini's do not slide on this surface, so I find it much better than painted surfaces which are too slick or flocking which rubs off. If I ever get a designated gaming room, I will make a heavier table out of finished oak, but for now I can move this top around.
