That's an angry bunny.

Amazing freehand flowers on the tunic.  A shame that you didnt mention the name of the figurine or manufacturer.  The paint job is super and I love its expression.

@A_Rabid Nun - as per the image credits, the miniature is by Oathsworn Miniatures. I think it's simply called Hare Mage.

@catsgamesandpizza - miniature is one of the Burrows and Badgers range from Oathsworne. Would definitely recommend checking them out.
