Low, Down and Dirty

glamage

I tried to get some emotion into this piece, it came together pretty quickly. It was inspired by a character from my D&D group played by fellow Iron Painter Diamondsforeyes who is leaving our group as she is moving way.

What's the story with her right eye? It looks really cool.

I modelled her after a character in our D&D group. She had a brush with death and upon her recovery one eye was totally black and the other was gold. We’re still trying to figure out what happened to her but suspect it has something to do with the Raven Queen.

Looks great! Where did you get that bust?

I usually prefer more contrasted painting schemes but this one is so calm and melancholic, I dig it :)

I’ve had the bust for ages and can’t remember what it is! I’ve had a few people ask so am trying to find out - I’ll let you know if I learn who makes it.
