Round 2 - Zatch

Compared to your first entry this look a bit rushed imo. I like the cartoonish look, but I would have liked more strong delimitation between parts (like fins and lightbulbs on tentacle endings). Water has nice shades, but it looks a bit static.

Heh, I painted the same figure for a previous contest here on Wyrd. I even used a pretty similar color scheme. The painting looks nice, but I guess it is not terribly strong on the theme.

thanks for the feed back! Yeah it was rushed because I was painting from a hotel and didn't have a lot of time to work on it.

Unfortunately I was limited to figures I had in my collection that already had a water element and could be packed away on a plane :/
