Casting into Melee

Is Casting a shooting Action when it has a Rng parameter?

So do I have to determine the target randomly to hit if casting into Melee? Or does casting into melee always goes onto the chosen target by the caster?

Only if there's a symbol do you have to worry about that.

The Important symbols are and . Whether is Ca, Sh or Ml stats don't matter so much (at this point. Incorporial and bulletproof for example say they do matter)

If the Attack has a then you can't do it if you are engaged. If you use it on someone that is engaged then it might randomise.

is used to tell you if you are engaged.

But what is with casting spells that don't even have or symbols.

Like "Lure" from Candy or Baby Kade.

They don't worry about any of those restrictions at all.
