Jeebus
just had to share a hilarious Nothing Beast kill. I got initiative and slop hauler threw some slop and knocked nothing beasts Df down (as Tara player had a full hand not being able to activate.) Tara activates and does stuff not important. drops her hand. Nothing beast is at 4 wounds at this point. i activate Lenny and throw two Bayou gremlins at the NB who fails both tests and dies. both gremlins survived. had a great laugh about the mental image of dumb ol' lenny throwing his buddies at the big scurry monster. Dracomax
Did he have his hand over his eyes when he did it? (like a little child peeking at a scary movie...)
Sezar
Ummmmm.... Shouldn't those Gremlins keep flying past the Beast? It is Incorporeal!!
hypoking
Had something similar myself, tossed Ravage deep into a pack of wretches and had some fun explaining how oopsie and explosive demise get around incorporeal.
Brewmaster
Ever since I had an ice golem man-handle my Lacroix, it's been funny finding more and more uses for Lenny's Toss. Pere's a good one, another favorite is throwing Rami to a good vantage point.
Fetid Strumpet
How does that work? The Toss is a push, so the instant they come into b2b contact with a piece of impassible terrain, they stop, and unless I'm misremembering, which might be the case, I was pretty certain the push rules specifically prevented models from going up or over terrain. Manic Mouse
Having Nothing Beast reduced to Df4 (ie -2 Df with a full hand) makes me feel that Tara player's pain.
Brewmaster
Double checked real quick, nothing core rule specific about up or down on pushes, so it's up to what Lenny's Toss says, and I'm reading '...any direction.' As long as the vantage point Isn't impassible terrain, seems gravy to me.
