You might still be able to see the changes on the Puppet Wars site (though I think it has been changed back to the original version). There was a "new" rules set briefly on the website for a bit of a test of some rules which wyrd were considering. They're now running around completing the new rules set, and then a new box with plastic puppets is due for release in the next lifetime or so (ie there's no release date at present). By the sound of it, quite a few people might well be sticking with the current rules set anyway.
