I'm with ya on this one, looks just like the one from League of Extraordinary Gents. First thing I thought when I looked at Abdir (think thats his name) I felt had the feel of Nemo from the same film.

Seems more like a doctor jekyll and mister hyde thing to me than the hulk. He looks very similar to the one from League of extraordinary Gentlemen.

Graves and Tannen remind me of Mr. Croup and Mr. Vandemar from Neil Gaimen's Neverwhere. The description of the pair in the graphic novel adaptation seems particularly fitting.

The pair of Graves and Tannen also harken back to the Spawn comic and the characters of Sam and Twitch in their physical characteristics.

Baby Kade has a huge Chucky like vibe coming from him.

Avatar Seamus I'm thinking Mr Fixit (hulk in his gangster days) fits quite well too.

Crooligans have a bit of City of the lost Children in there.

The blessed of December and Storm also have huge influences from the Wendigo. Hell all of December's skit is that of the Wendigo elder god.

The Slate Ridge Mauler is based on a bear.

You mean the great old one (which is different than an outer or elder god) Ithiqua. Wendigos are from native american lore (I don't remember what tribe). But yeah, December, does seem to have a lot of similarities to Ithiqua.

Justice is not based off Neil Gaiman's character though I could see where folks may think that.

Alps are nasty buggers, look them up.

Doppleganger precedes Hellraiser. :)

Nicodem and Mortimer weren't based off Birk and Hare, though those are two very interesting historical characters.

Baby Kade was created by my wife and based off our youngest in his hell raising moments. :)

Just from my POV,

I always thought Lady J (G.I. Joe character) was based on Jue from the Animatrix (The blindfolded fight scene was awesoMe.. spoiler - they both took a peek).

Viktoria's Masamune was based on the Sword in Chrono Trigger (Frog's uber Sword).

The Judge was based on Vash The Stampede (Trigun)

The Executioner is a fan Edward Scissorhands

The Freikorpsmen look like the enemy from Killzone 2

Seamus - Jack the Ripper/Mad Hatter

Sidir - The guy Indiana Jones shot in Raiders

The Death Marshalls - The Mariachi gnag from El Mariachi/Desperado or some anime..

Witchling Stalkers - Jawas

Nicodem - The Undertaker lol

Sebastian = Igor

Marcus = The Beast Master/ Brave Starr?

Hoffman = Professor X?

Collodi looks like Jigsaw from Saw

Sticking with the western/miners theme the Honey Pot could also be inspired by the portable toilet (called the honey pot) that was wheeled through the mine so miners could relieve themselves. In the case of gold mines, miners would try to smuggle small nuggets of gold out of the mine by swallowing them. So who ever had honey pot duty would often sift through the crap to try and find gold that had been deposited on accident hoping to hit the jackpot. Kind of fitting for a casino in my opinion
