Truefaith Posted June 22, 2012 Report Share Posted June 22, 2012 Anthem Games will be hosting an escalation league starting July 1st, 2012, and running for eight weeks. At the end of 4 two week rounds, we'll declare a winner. This is an escalation league, and will start at 25 soulstones. You'll be required to challenge one opponent every two weeks, and you can't challenge the same opponent twice. You may set up your matches when ever the two or you can meet, but if you play on Tuesdays or Thursdays there should be a Henchmen at the store for questions. Painting and basing is strongly encouraged for all models used in league games. Crews that are fully painted and based will receive 1 League Point. Before each game determine who is attacking and who is defending and the location. A campaign map and the campaign rules will be on hand in the store. Please consult the Dead Heat Campaign Rules for more information. $5 entry fee The round schedule: Round 1: 25 Soulstone Scrap, July 1st-14th. Round 2: 30 Soulstone Scrap, July 15th-28th. Round 3: 35 Soulstone Scrap, July 29th-Aug. 11th. Round 4*: 45 Soulstone Brawl, August 12th-25th. * Don't forget, the last round is a brawl. Scoring will be domination format: 3 league points per win. 1 league point per draw. 0 league points per loss. Fully painted and based will get 1 league point after determining the outcome. In the event of a tie, total accumulated score differential during the course of the league will decide the tie-breaker. So don't forget, those two points might matter down the road. More are welcomed to join. Round 1 starts July 1st and goes to the 14th, Shared Line in the Sand is the Strat. Still time to get in if anyone in the Tampa/St. Petersburg Area is interested... Also for anyone interested in learning Malifaux and starting the league Loaner crews will be available on Tuesday the 3rd. This is also being tossed out there because the local store had some miss communications on getting Malifaux into the store... So come to Anthem Games Tuesday the 3rd for the start of the league!! Painting bonus is in effect now. If you haven't reported round 1 results by 11:59 PM Tuesday you'll receive a loss. That is 3 extra days to get the last 2 games in...
