Calmdown
Simply; can they remove blood counters? Less simply; what defines a 'carried' counter and what defines a non-carried (ie, removable) one?
0 Sliver Chocobo
No dispel magic removes effects, not counters (as far as I know)
0 Ratty
They have clarified this a bit in the new rulebook they have changed things like Poison and Blight into tokens, carried things are counters. Dispel removes Tokens and Effects.
0 TheOneWhoFell
Edit: Beat by Ratty That's what I thought, but didn't want to assume The spell states: (1) Dispel Magic (CC:13/Rst: DF/Rg: 12) Discard 1 Counter or end 1 effect on target model. Wounds on the model or Counters carried bt the model cannot be discarded. typical carried counters includ: blood, eyeball, corpse, body part, scrap. I can't say what the Counter in the first part is in reference to. Basically this ability works on effects. Not sure about the first part... could be Tokens, not counters? 0 Calmdown
Any more ideas yet as to what counters this actually works on? If counters are only ever carried, then the first part of the spell description is irrelevant - maybe it's meant to mean tokens? Official Errata needed maybe? 0 Ratty
ER... I'm a Rules Marshal you know... All bow down infront of my magnificence... All worship your Rodent Overlord... Oh and I should quote my original post I guess. Maybe add bold. They have clarified this a bit in the new rulebook they have changed things like Poison and Blight into tokens, carried things are counters. Dispel removes Tokens and Effects. So Dispel removes Tokens and Effects
0 Ratty
Karn has asked for a official wording for the v2 cards so here's an Errata specially for him Discard 1 Token or end 1 effect on target model. Wounds on the model cannot be discarded.
