Rogue Leader Posted December 21, 2010 Report Share Posted December 21, 2010 Art of War will be hosting a Malifaux Winter League beginning January 13th. The league will last 8 weeks officially ending on March 10th. Players enter the league declaring a faction. You may play any crew that is legal within your declared faction. The build for the league will be 35ss. Scoring Players will earn points by playing other players within the league. You may play as many games during the week as you like and the two best scores for the week will be added to your total. Basically, you will earn points based on your opponents current point total. Everyone begins the league with a set number of points. If you win the game, you will gain 30% of your opponent's points, if you lose, you gain 10% - regardless of the win or loss, you will gain points for every game played. Thursday nights will be considered the official night for the league, but as mentioned above you may play games on any night. Each Thursday, I will post the new standings for the league by 8pm. The standings will only show the current rankings of the league, not the points. Terrain Bonus By popular demand, I will award additional Soul Stones for players who wish to donate terrain pieces to the store. For every 6 inches of terrain (ex. 3x3, 4x2, etc.), you will be awarded 1ss to be added to your Master's Cache once the crew has been purchased. No player will be awarded more than 5ss through the course of the league. Once earned, you will access to those Soul Stones for the remainder of the league (just like we did in the previous league). Additional Notes * Proxies of published unreleased models will be allowed.
