Brasidas
I'm having trouble reading the Ca stat, looks like it's just 2 crow symbols?
MEdwards
Thanks! If you don't mind me asking, what does the Companion ability do? If I'm not mistaken, we've seen it on other cards as well.
MEdwards
I'm having trouble reading the Ca stat, looks like it's just 2 crow symbols? Its a 7 Crow suit. Its also printed on the bottom right corner of the card back for easy reference when casting spells.
thewartoad
Eric...when will the pre-orders go up? and with the pre-orders will the game itself be with them as hopefully the book to?

thewartoad
And everything I've seen so far is PHENOMENAL! I have so many ideas that I would like to do or help with but it just doesn't seem like enough time or money.
EricJ
Companion allows the model with the ability to activate simultaniously, which means you get to activate the model immediately after the first model, without letting your opponent activate a model in between
EricJ
I believe pre-orders will be up early next week, we were just waiting for the last things to be delievered so we had it in hand before selling it. And everything is now scheduled for delivery very soon! (and nothing needing to go through customs )

Cacuin
what does hard to kill do ? Timing issue when the no escape triggers is it as the movement starts or as the movement ends? IE Sonnia moves from 5 inches away to 8 inches away. Does the no escape trigger when she is still within the distance that Seamus can charge her or is she still one inches outside of melee?
EricJ
The effect goes into effect the moment the target model begins the move, interrupting that move for the charge, then the target model can continue moving if they choose. EricJ
Hard to kill means that when drawing damage against the model, you have to draw additional cards and take the lowest. So hard to kill 2, means 2 additional cards, and take the lowest of the 3...making it MUCH harder to inflict high damage. It's a little trick that many models in the Resurrectionist faction share
ScottRadom
With an outfit like that I'm not suprised he felt the need to incorporate kneepads into his wardrobe. Love the models, got mine assembled and ready top paint yesterday. I have still not seen two Seamus models painted the same way, which I think is great. Am I confused or are you??? The stat card has Hard to kill and Hard to wound 2.
EricJ
oooh, sorry, yes, hard to kill is different. Hard to kill means that you can not kill the model unless it is already at 1 wound. So even if you cause 12 wounds and he has 2 remaining, he's only reduced to 1.

EricJ
Yes, there is :vb_devil: It's actually a damage stat on a weapon which I believe is 0/1/

blkdymnd
does that also mean that hard to kill models are immune to instakill triggers like slit jugular unless they are at 1 wound, or do they die as well since no actual damage is being dealt?
EricJ
Hard to Kill: While this model has 2 or more Wd remaining when it suffers damage, it can only be reduced to 1 Wd by a single damage source. yes, most kill effects are independent of wounds, and as such hard to kill does not apply. The hard to kill rule focuses on damage. Instant kill triggers often state "Kill the Model" so they circumvent the ability.
DangerousBeans
He's really cool, glad I got him. I love his flavour (grease!), thinking he might up vying with Rasputina for as my second favourite master, or maybe third after seeing Jones! Zoriada's still top spot. streetsamurai
I'll push my luck and ask if it will be possible to have the stats of one of the belle, to have a better gage of his potential (since a lot of his ability are buff for belle)
