Haagrum Posted March 18, 2018 Report Share Posted March 18, 2018 In short, no - Self Loathing and Self Harm don't require the target to have an attack with the corresponding icon in order to be a legal target. It's just that, without Rile Them Up, you're only going to do Misery damage or set off other effects like Smell Fear. There's never been a rule that you can't target a model with an attack simply because it might not do any damage or cause any effect without a trigger.
