If I have two Bosses and one of them uses this action, would it affect only him or both of them?

I brlieve the latest faq clarifies that abilities with "one or more" can't stack so only one card. Looks like he could drawa card if they activate near another boss though.

Yea, it obviously doesn't stack. My question was can I draw a card for the second Boss who didn't use this action.

Yes, a model did activate in a a crime boss' engagement, you can measure that from any friendly crime boss you wish.

The faq was because people were using it to stack so apparently itwasn't obvious to everyone.
