Can Parker Barrows do Five Finger Discount, hit the Changing Plans trigger, then do the second 0 action off of an upgrade he just picked up off of the Five Finger Discount action? Or can he only do Changing Plans off of an upgrade already attached before Five Finger Discount was announced?
