Vik of Blood vs. Ice Gamin

I think I’ve got the timinng right but I wanted to double check. 

If Vik of Blood kills an Ice Gamin (first kill in her activation) her healing ability triggers and then the Ice Gamin explodes and deals damage, right?

 

It seems like both abilities have the same timing and the General Timing chart has the atacking model resolves their abilities first.

You are correct.  Vik of Blood's heal is "the first time this model kills another model during its Activation" and Ice Gamin's explosive demise is "when this model is killed".  As such they have the same timing and are both abilities, so you go to the general timing call out which says Vik goes first since she's the acting model.
