Griautis
Yeah, the thoughts of "do conditions copy over" seem that this is going too far in making stuff up. Rob Lo imo, is mostly on the spot. It's one model, it is counted twice for schemes and strats. There is no "second" model. It's only counted twice.

Exactly, it's not like you're summoning a new bone pile, it's still the same model, you just treat it as 2 for whatever the strat or scheme asks you

It is a model, with whatever conditions and wounds and costs that model has been given. When it comes time to count things up for strats or schemes, count it twice. It's not even always a benefit. You could score Hold Up Their Forces standing next to one of these guys if it had an extra skull. But, as long as you and your opponent (or TO) are in agreement, that's about all that matters. We wait for the FAQ. By the time we get it, you know we'll have moved on to other models anyway, right? I can see that argument.
Merchant
I’ll be counting it as double points for “ours” based on wording. When skulls out that bone pile is two bone piles for objectives only.
Daysleeper
aaaand it was adressed in the FAQ. It counts for double the cost.
