[Stockholm] Shifting loyalties campaign

I will be running a shifting loyalties campaign. The rules are found in that book but for anyone who does not have time to get the book I have included some general guidelines on how you build you crew and how the campaign system works below.

The campaign will be running for six weeks, from monday the 5th of February to Friday the 15th of March. No charge to attend but you will need a membership at Dragon’s Lair to play on the scheduled Monday Malifaux nights. Dragon's lair is located at Kungsholms Torg 8 in central Stockholm. Their webpage: https://www.dragonslair.se/

Each new week will start on a monday and the special rules for the week will be given at that Malifaux Monday event as well as by email.
You may play a maximum of three campaign games in a week.
Your crew does not need to be thematic but I would appreciate a short story describing why your crew looks like it does since we will try to have story being the driving element of the campaign. We do not enforce painting but we appreciate players making an effort to paint the models they use in games, especially since we will be using the same pool of models for several games.

You don’t need to decide on a starting crew until the first week of the campaign, I just need to know how many players that are attending.

-----------------

Quick breakdown of the campaign start:
The campaign starts with every player hiring their Arsenal. This is the pool of models you will choose your crews from each game.
You have 35ss to hire your starting arsenal for. You must pick a faction which will be your faction for the rest of the campaign. The arsenal must include one henchman which is designated as your leader for the campaign. You may NOT hire a master to start. You may hire any model into your arsenal which would be allowed by the leader and faction you picked (so Nixx could hire out of fcation hounds with the right upgrade and the spawn mother could hire out of faction swamp fiends). Out of faction mercenaries need to pay the mercenary cost if you want them in the arsenal (so +1) and you can only have two. You can only buy a single upgrade and the upgrade and a model in the arsenal must be able to have the upgrade (so you cannot buy an upgrade for a master you think you will add later). If this upgrade would allow you to hire out of faction models (like those mentioned already) you are allowed to hire them into the arsenal as if you had the upgrade equipped.
If a henchman normally costs 0 ss to hire you will calculate the cost as follows: Subtract the henchman’s cache from the value 13. For example: Viktoria of blood (cache 3) would cost 10ss because 13 - 3 = 10. Hungering darkness (cache 5) would be 13 - 5 = 8ss.
Unspent soulstones will be converted to scrip before the first game but you can start with a maximum of 3 scrip. Also note that normal upgrades double their cost in scrip after the first game and a 0ss upgrade counts as 1ss for that purpose. That means that if your henchman has a 0ss upgrade you could start with it in the arsenal and get the upgrade for free before the first game. If you instead decided to start with another henchman and later hire that henchman and the upgrade the upgrade would cost 2 scrip.
Each week of the campaing will start on a monday when the special event for the week will be declared at Dragon’s Lair where we meet up. You may hire models only once per week each monday when you recieve a 5 scrip discount on your first hire so a 5ss model will be added to your crew for free and a 7ss model would only cost you 2 scrip. You could take a 2 or 3ss model but that would waste the excess scrip on that model. You may hire more models without the discount but only before the first game each week.

The facebook group "Malifaux Stockholm" is a great place to set up your games and discuss crew setups or anything else you want to ask about.

I hope I will see you there!

Story introduction:

Edge point is located where the bayou meets the badlands. In this bustling hub gremlins from the bayou mingle with the humans arriving from Malifaux city via train or coach. This is not a town for the faint of heart but for an unscrupulous individual this is a place full of opportunity. On the outskirts of town the famous (or imfamous if you are part of the guild), Sassy Seijsing’s Saloon is open to travellers of all persuations and the perfect place for clandestine agendas.
Your party is on their way to this watering hole for reasons only known to them.
