Rougarou's "challenge" combined with "Pounce"

title is program. Ich rougarou uses his tactical action "challenge the alpha" all Models will be pushed towards himself. Does "pounce" trigger and resolved immediatly against all targets they were pushed.

In the case of crows rpugarou can trigger "on the hinter". So it has another placement and has perhaps other targets dir pounce? Or will the trigger resolved afterwardS

You will resolve the duels one at a time, and when the model fails the duel it will push and then Rogarou will pounce (if possible) before going onto the next model to take a test.

The trigger specifies that it is after completing all pushes that you get to place the Rogarou. This is a place, and so won't trigger any pounces from anyone.

The pounce push resolves against each model as part of resolving it's push and the trigger is after all pushes has resolved so can not result in new pushes.
