Its like McMorning using his upgrade to hire a Cerberus, and that getting shot off, doesn't remove the Cerberus from his crew. I don't know the exact wording on Emptiness but unless it specifies that removal of it forces you to recheck the legality of the upgrades, then I think she just carries on with lots of upgrades Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

More specifically, the general rules only force you to obey requirements during crew creation.
