Evil baby crew - New to Malifaux

Hi guys, 

So I have come into a huge collection of neverborn for a ridiculous price, have the majority of the masters (dont have titania or jacob) and almost every model. My initial thoughts were to make a evil baby list, with the dreamer/LCB (fighty style not summoning), teddy and kade and terror tots running about the place. 

Is this an easy place to start or does it not synergise together at all?

After that, what masters should I prioritise learning? I've heard pandora is hard to master but very rewarding and frustrating to play against when she is (sounds very fun) but after that I'm at a loss.

I haven't played a ton with dreamer, but I feel like you are giving up too much synergy by going out of theme.  Dreamer gives benefits to (and gets benefits from) nightmares.  Teddy fits this, but tots and the baby do not.  If you have the models, Insideous Madness would seem like a better fit for a scheme runner.  Terror tots are good schemers, but don't get anything extra from Dreamer.

The evil baby crew works well with Pandora and to some degree Lilith. Running Baby Kade, Candy, Iggy and some Changelings is always amusing when they are busy ripping apart giant robots and ninjas.
