I don't have a webstore and I don't see anywhere that people are required to have one to redeem their Guilders? Does it mean something other than what I seem to think? They automatically add an order for you in the webstore that you can complete and pay for shipping. I can't imagine any other way they could have done that except by that e-mail address. Also, the guilder page says: "When we receive your Guilders, we'll send you a webstore order to the e-mail address provided, which will confirm your request."
