I'm not sure I'm a huge fan of Bag oTools being used as the main system to hand out table names and schemes/strats as it went slightly against your "show up at the table and then find out what you are doing" and in my luddite ways I can't find results of old events on bag o Tools, so can't check out what the games were. But It did make the table assigning quicker and quieter, so it might be worth while. Your score sheets of 1 per table did make it a little harder to record secret schemes as we didn't each have a piece of paper to record them on, but I don't think it caused any trouble.
