4thstringer
So reading the FAQ on Sidir, and rereading his rules, I am really impressed with Sidir. If I understand correctly, if after the place your opponent can't charge Sidir, the action fails. That is bananas if Sidir is hanging back, because he isn't required to do the place. So unless the opponent has a lot of extra charge, and has a path to get there, and a place to land. Yes it is expensive, but man, taking the alpha strike off of an attack from a sabertooth, yasenori, howard or archie feels really valuable. Your thoughts? Tris
Interesting thought, hard to setup and still expensive.... I think I´ll try that soon ^^
Myyrä
Sidir is required to do the Place if it is possible, but yeah, you can sometimes avoid charges by placing him behind the original target.

It's that in the faq? The card has it as a may.

Yes, Sidir will simply remain where he is and become the target of the Action. Note that the Ability does require LoS, so it is unlikely he will not fit somewhere and that if he can be placed, he must be placed.
