Had a quick read of the pack and one sentence mentions that it's enforcer for best painted but in the prize section is says it's fro 3 minions. Long Buckby is the closest train station. Contact @TommenRamos (MarcusRose) as he usually travels up from London by train with a couple of others so you may be able to share a taxi.
