Feb 12th, registration, 10am - 10:30am and tournament 11am - 6pm Where? Mayhem Comics in Clive, IA (basically Des Moines) Other Information No painting required, but it will be rewarded Proxies allowed so long as the model is identifiable Standard rules of Enforcer Brawls apply, with modifications each round. House rule that you cannot go below 0 VP also applies.
