0 solkan Posted January 13, 2017 Report Share Posted January 13, 2017 To be explicit about it, the Hollow Waif's cost 0 Scrip to add to your arsenal, but you're limited to by their Rare 3 limit for how many you can have in your arsenal. If they start collecting injuries or they get annihilated, you don't get new ones until the New Hires step of a week.
