Pyrflamme
I respect the original model, having assembled and painted it. The poseability lends some interesting options, but the one sticking point I have about the original is the "thigh" armor, which makes it look kinda disproportionate. This one looks much better in that regard.

I want my Porridge jusssst right. Current Lazarus is just like I would imagine of prototype steampunk robot-tank with grenade launcher. Alternative one is v2.0 when Lazarus got enough soulstones to ask Xzibit to 'pimp his ride'
still-young
That's really cool. Hope it's not too hard to acquire.

JisaacT
Wow this sculpt looks fantastic! I think we all agree it is much better than the original. Its much more dynamic. The current Lazarus just looks so stiff but I think Wyrd was trying something different with the moveable parts on the original model. Anyways I hope he can be used *well* with Ramos and the Aracanists. I am actually trying to get rid of my outcasts and switching over to Arcanists soon
Ironmonger
It's...a decent model...but it sure doesn't look like Lazarus...
Bengt
While the execution of the original isn't great, I like that concept better. This new one looks too humanoid for my taste, too much like a guy in armour, the original is much more robot-y and that's how I see Lazarus. Fight the fleshbags! Also the way he holds the grenade launcher looks rather awkward. The art is much worse in that regard so the 3D artist did some work to save it but didn't quite get there in my opinion.

That's why my Lazarus and my Wong are the BEST of Bayou Buddies! And no amount of your Zipp's sweet-talking is going to lure him away!! ;-) +1 for the new sculpt, also. I'm not 100 % sold on it - feels a little too graceful, for what i see as a blunt hammer giant robot - but it's definitely an improvement, and corrects the current model's "middle-aged spread" issue...
Icemyn
Pretty Certain Lazarus took a trip to a nearby Halo fought the Master Chief and grabbed the chaingun off of a Warthog before strolling back into Malifaux. Doesn't much look like much like a Grenade Launcher to me. Cool Model though.
Hagisman
Is this going to be in PVC? If so I'm all in. The original Laz seems like a bear to put together.

HydroMog
its like comparing a fubar to a hammer. but overall this alt does look pretty slim.

Looks more Sci-Fi than steampunk.
Ryin
A Lazarus that doesn't look like it walks with a load in its pants? Actually, he looks even better. He looks badass for sure. Definitely want.
Anixma
This model looks absolutely amazing. So...are we going to see an 'extreme makeover lazarus edition' rail golem too, one day? I really hope so!
solkan
I don't care what anyone else says. Original Lazarus is the best action figure Wyrd produces. This alt-Lazarus is just a model.
JDAntoine
Both poop-pants and action-johson look cool but in the wise words of the redesign, 'this sure looks better'.
Popular Post AmLash
Quote “That looks so much better than the current model. “ “ I find the original a bit static” „underwhelmed by the actual model“ "current Lazarus just looks so stiff “ “ the execution of the original isn't great” “look like it walks with a load in its pants” I have no idea what you guys talking about. My Lazarus a.k.a. Monkeybots quite the mobile model. After all, everyone knows that the Guild Guard that has been sacrificed in project lazarus was a capoeira master now imprisoned in this banana-fueled death machine, leading to a peculiar combat technique of spinning around in the air while firing his gatling gun.
Popular Post Nathan Caroland
This is not part of tOS in any way or form. Haven't decided yet really how to release him - Guilder program, purchase .. we'll figure it out. Whole story why ol' boy looks different. Has to do with an ambush by the guild and basically being blow to bits and back, and some friends at @ putting him back together again ...

Thank you for not making this part of TOS; I mean, I'm in for 300 for the KS, but since they're incompatible, it would be kind of a mixed message. Maybe add him as a random insert to larger tournament packs as a surprise for the person who places last but doesn't drop out?
