Burnin' Coal
I have had the unfortunate experience of buying a box with a missing part...I have duly filled out the online form for Damaged/Missing parts BUT every time I try to submit the form it returns the error "this is not a valid URL"....out of sheer frustration I have typed the URL into Safari and the image of the damaged sprue comes up immediately so I know the URL works...so...what am I doing wrong or what should I be doing ? All and any help will be much appreciated
Rob Lo
I may be mis-remembering things, but if you're submitting an HTTPS link, try it with just HTTP, or the other way around. And if it's not a required field, just submit it without it, and when their automated system sends you an email to confirm your report, you can reply to that with the link and it will get added into the conversation. JimO
If they've recently made changes to the code under the form, it's possible that you've cached some old JavaScript. You could try ctrl-F5 to force refresh the page or clear your browsers cache. http://refreshyourcache.com/en/cache/
