Registration

Free. 

You must contact Bob (rwzimmerman@gmail.com) 206-225-8272, to participate.  You may join in at any time, obviously the later you join the less time you have to compete.

Schedule:

The league will run from Sunday, Aug 14^th thru Thursday, Sep 8^th.

Any game played anywhere during this time can be a league game.

You must get a copy of your score sheet to the organizer by the last day of the league.  If you can’t meet in person, e-mail a scan or a list of what you have achieved.

Format:

Play a game of Malifaux anywhere at any time.  Keep track of the achievements you complete during a game and at the end we’ll total up the points and award prizes.  The rules of the league are simple.

·  The number of League Points you score during a game cannot exceed the number of VP you scored from that game.  E.g. if you played a game without cheating (worth 5 LP) but only scored 4 VP during the game you can NOT claim that achievement.

·  You may not collude to complete achievements. Things like agreeing what achievements you’ll be going for before the game, letting your opponent complete achievements, or gain VP are not allowed.

·  Each Achievement may only be scored once per league unless otherwise stated.

·  Honor system.  We’re on the honor system.  To allow the most people to participate have not restricted

The goal of this league is to get more involvement from the community, get people playing people they normally don’t play, and to get people thinking about the game in ways they may not have before.  While this is a competition, the focus on playing and participation than on winning, so the top prize goes to a random participant rather than the most points.

Prizes:

Maximum of one prize per participant.

All participants (except winner) will receive a participant Guilder.  You must have played at least 3 games to be considered a participant.

Prizes will be given out Thursday, Sep 8^th at Mugu Games.  You do not need be present to win, but you do need to have your score sheet to the organizer by 8pm this night.

Prizes based on participation. 

·  4+ Participants:    Raffle: First choice of Mystery boxes

o    One ticket for Participating.

o    One ticket if every model used in the league is fully painted and based.

·  6+ Participants:    1^st Place: Winner Guilder (replaces Participant Guilder), Second choice of Mystery boxes

·  12+ Participants:  2^nd Place: Third choice of Mystery boxes
